Sweet Pea Maternity Review/ Giveaway

I am so excited to share my review and giveaway with you guys today! I am thrilled to get the opportunity to review trendy maternity clothes from Sweet Pea Maternity.  My baby bump and I are at the 4 month mark today so I can't think of a better way to celebrate than sharing my review of this fab maxi dress and offering a new giveaway for you to enter!

Don't you just love a good maxi dress? I do but to be honest hadn't worn one lately and this one is the perfect fit and flattering style for my growing belly. This maxi has a nice ruched and stretchy center waistline with a sexy low halter neckline and racerback.

The dress is on trend with a fun colorblock pattern in orange, white and blue. The colors are bright and crisp and compliment each other very nicely.

Shopping for maternity clothes can be tough, but this dress was an easy pick for me and I'm glad because I made the right choice. Seeing the pics from the photoshoot of the dress helps me to realize how it really elongates my body and accentuates my baby bump.

Since shopping for maternity clothes began, I also realized there was no such thing as "cheap maternity clothes"....until I found Sweet Pea Maternity. ALL the clothes are completely affordable and fashionable. I am so releived!

I paired this fun maxi dress with some easy blue sandals, white accents in jewelry, a navy and white polka dot scarf as a headtie and a bright blue clutch. I decided to mix in some more navy with a navy bib necklace and then topped the look with my jean jacket for the office.

So, wanna know what I think about this dress? Overall, it's a wonderful addition t o my maternity wardrobe. It's soft and easy to wash and wear. The length is perfect- I'm 5'7 and it isnt' dragging the floor or showing my ankles. The stretchy waist is comfortable and draws attention to my stomach in a good way!

I found the neckline to be quite low for myself. I'm quite busty and I don't like to show a lot of cleavage. So, I ended up pinning the dress in the front a little to hide some of that. The racerback detail is super cool but being that I am so busty, I didn't feel comfortable wearing a strapless bra with the dress right now with my even more enlarged chest. So, I opted to sport a racerback bra for more comfort. Great idea, until I turned around, the racerback on the dress is just slightly too narrow to hide the bra.

This maxi dress is perfect for the beach or the office. That's something you can't get out of many items in your wardrobe.
