Maternity Photos Preview: Pregnancy Picture Ideas on a Budget

When pondering ideas for my upcoming Maternity Photo Session I browsed Pinterest and Blogs all over the web. While I found some really nice ideas, I wanted to capture unique images and find props that were easy to find and easy on the wallet as well.

Here's a preview from my Maternity Session. Hope you find some inspiration here and be sure to "pin" my ideas on Pinterest so that you can find them later!

• Utilize your Local Florist for Bows and Balloons- My custom bow and 10 Pink Balloons cost me $12.99.

• Think outside of the box when it comes to locations, we used a green space next to my work's parking lot in some shots. We also used the local Park.

• Bring plenty of cheap costume jewelry to your shoot! I used several pieces from Forever 21. Props make great pics too, so look around and see what you already have that creates an interesting effect.

• Shop your own closet. Before you go out and buy "maternity" clothes, try on body conscious outfits you already own- those make the best "bump" pics.
  
  
  

  

  
  

• Drive around the neighborhood and scope out interesting vignettes.
